Shipping Policy
Shipping is free on all domestic orders. You'll receive a tracking number and I'll choose the best shipping method to get it to you the fastest. (About 2-7 days). Please note that during certain times of the year when shipping carriers have high demand, shipping may take longer, so please plan accordingly.

We are not liable for the amount of time the post office takes to scan in an item once it is dropped off, or if a package is lost by the shipping carrier, and will not give refunds on this basis. Once an item leaves our hands, we are not responsible for issues that may be caused by the shipping carrier, including delayed delivery, lost items, stolen items, etc. If you have any issues, please contact us and we'd be happy to help in whatever way we can.
Return Policy
We will honor requests to cancel orders within 24 hours of their purchase. After 24 hours, we will not be able to cancel.

We accept returns of unworn jewelry in its original condition and packaging within 7 days of delivery, and buyer must pay return shipping if a return is requested. Due to quality control and hygiene issues, we do not accept returns or exchanges past 7 days of when the item was delivered. Refund will be issued once item is returned and inspected.

Care Instructions

If you need to clean your earrings, please use a damp cloth and wipe gently. Only use water to clean earrings.

Take earrings off before swimming, bathing, showering, or exercising.

Put on earrings after you've applied your makeup and hair products.

Store in a cool, dry area where they won't have other objects hitting or scratching them consistently.

Clay earrings are flexible but please try to not bend them as it can shorten their lifespan.
